We hope that you will love every item that you purchase from us, however if this is not the case, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in the condition it arrived in within 14 days of the order dispatch.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to Mini Twinni for an exchange or refund is not covered or reimbursed by us.
CAN I RETURN JUST ONE ITEM IF I PURCHASED A SET?
The intention of Mini Twinni is based on mother and daughter matching sets, however you are given the option to purchase individual items if desired, therefore with returns you can return one item even if you have purchased a matching set but we do try to encourage purchases of sets only as Mini Twinni’s purpose is to purely encourage twinning.
As we are allowing customers to purchase freely in regards to quantity, our main reason for this is to allow Mother's who may have more than one daughter to purchase more than one product within the children's range.
If you are looking to exchange one item for a different size in the same product then please read further below at our Exchanges.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
When returning the items to us, please place your returned goods in its original packaging and ensure your own address can no longer be seen, please take the returns sticker off the invoice note which will be inside your parcel and place it on the front so the returns address can be seen.
All items being returned should be sent with the completed returns/exchanges form where you can state the reason for you returning the set/s or if you would like to exchange for a different size/item. You must include your original invoice note with your return, as failing to do this could result in you not receiving a refund as we may not be able to locate you on our system.
Please do not remove any labels or tags off the products. All we ask is that the items are the way we sent them out to you. Please be careful when trying things on as we cannot refund items that are marked with make up / fake tan stains, general marks, pulls or rips of garments.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We will do our best to refund your item on the same day it arrives back to us. Please allow up to 5 working days for the funds to land back in your account. We will refund you using the same method originally used for your purchase.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide this.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Yes, however please contact the customer care team directly to organise any exchange requests before returning your set so that we can check our stock control: email@example.com.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED OR THERE IS A FAULT UPON ARRIVAL?
Whilst we hope this never happens, if you receive damaged goods, or experience a manufacturing fault with your order, please contact us immediately so that we can help to sort out your problem as quickly as possible: firstname.lastname@example.org.
